Intentions

You have assessed the "Circle" of your own life and discovered both your areas of strength and areas that would benefit from improvement. You have used the "Readiness for Change" tool to determine which area to pursue for your next cycle of improvement.

Now, set an intention. It is an inner focus that will assist you in setting goals and overcoming challenges.
